Founded in 2025 by a mother-and-son duo, RSAI by Raheela Irfan is a premium women’s eastern wear label based in Lahore, Pakistan.

We create handcrafted garments - not mass produced, not trend-driven. Each RSAI piece is made once for you, and rarely ever again.

Our philosophy is simple:

• Luxury ethos - finest fabrics, hand embroidery, and care in every detail
• Limited edition - once sold, never made again
• Made-to-order - no waste, no excess, only what is created for you
• Craft with conscience - a percentage of every sale goes to charity

All garments are handcrafted in Pakistan by skilled artisans.

3. We handcraft it especially for you.

Each collection is open for orders for 12 weeks.

Once confirmed, your piece takes about 6 weeks to produce. During this time, you’ll receive weekly updates on its progress. After production:

• Domestic delivery: up to 1 additional week
• International delivery: 2–3 additional weeks (depending on customs)

Rarely. Most pieces are limited edition and produced only on preorder. Once sold out, they are usually gone for good, though popular styles may be revisited in future collections.

We offer Small, Medium, Large, and Customized sizes. We recommend using our size chart and comparing it with a garment you already own that fits you well (laid flat).

As each piece is made-to-order, size exchanges are not possible once production has started. For customized sizes, please confirm your measurements carefully before placing your order. If there is a fault, we will resolve it under our returns policy.

For both Pakistan and international orders, we require a 100% upfront deposit at the time of order placement.

Yes, we ship worldwide from Pakistan. Delivery timelines vary by destination.

Yes. Local duties and taxes are set by your country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Because each piece is made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations or returns for a change of mind. Labor and materials are committed once production begins, and this policy helps us avoid overproduction and keep our process sustainable.

If your garment arrives faulty, we will make it right. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of receipt. You may choose to have the fault corrected and the piece redelivered, or receive a full refund.

We operate from our home-based studio at House # C-23, Street 2, State Life Housing Society, Lahore. Visits are by appointment only, available on weekends between 10 am and 6 pm.
