What is RSAI?
Founded in 2025 by a mother-and-son duo, RSAI is a premium women’s wear label based in Lahore, Pakistan.
Our philosophy is simple:
- Craftsmanship first - embroidery built on decades of artisan skill, rooted in regional craft traditions that deserve to be celebrated
- Slow fashion by design - no mass production, no overstock; only what is created for you, and never made again once its drop window closes
- Rooted in heritage - drawing from Mughal detail, South Asian ornamentation, and heritage textiles, shaped into silhouettes that resonate across cultures
Where are your garments made?
All garments are crafted in Pakistan by skilled artisans.
How does pre-ordering work?

- Place your order with a deposit
- We craft it especially for you
How long does it take?
Each collection is open for orders for 12 weeks.
Once confirmed, your piece takes about a week to produce.
After production:
- Domestic delivery: up to 1 additional week
- International delivery: 2–3 additional weeks (depending on customs)
Do you restock items?
Rarely. Most pieces are limited edition and produced only on preorder. Once sold out, they are usually gone for good, though popular styles may be revisited in future collections.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer Small, Medium, Large, and Customized sizes. We recommend using our size chart and comparing it with a garment you already own that fits you well (laid flat).
Can I exchange a size?
As each piece is made-to-order, size exchanges are not possible once production has started. For customized sizes, please confirm your measurements carefully before placing your order. If there is a fault, we will resolve it under our returns policy.
What deposit is required?
For both Pakistan and international orders, we require a 100% upfront deposit at the time of order placement.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Pakistan. Delivery timelines vary by destination.
Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
Yes. Local duties and taxes are set by your country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Because each piece is made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations or returns for a change of mind. Labor and materials are committed once production begins, and this policy helps us avoid overproduction and keep our process sustainable.
If your garment arrives faulty, we will make it right. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of receipt. You may choose to have the fault corrected and the piece redelivered, or receive a full refund.
Where can we experience your garments in person?
We operate from our home-based studio at C-23, Street 2, Lake City Meadows, Lahore. Visits are by appointment only, available on weekends between 10 am and 6 pm.
